John Bell is a Managing Director in DTZ Rockwood’s Investment Sales group, based in the firm’s Miami office. Mr. Bell and his team serve the firm’s clients focused on opportunities in Florida and the southeast market, as well as throughout the country. Prior to joining DTZ Rockwood, Mr. Bell served for three years as Executive Vice President and Principal with Trammell Crow. Prior to Trammell Crow, Mr. Bell was a Senior Director with Cushman & Wakefield, with a focus on investment sales and valuation services for a wide range of institutional clients, insurance companies, pension funds and lending institutions. Mr. Bell’s experience includes $3 billion in dispositions of properties encompassing all asset types including development land, placement of debt financing, and real estate advisory services. |
