John Anton is a co-founder of Kestrel Technology LLC, where he serves as President and CEO. He is President and CEO of the non-profit Lexia Institute, which he also co-founded. Dr. Anton's background includes executive and director roles at a variety of small companies, including Systems Control; consulting for venture firms, including IVP and NEA, and for commercial companies, including Xerox PARC. His areas of expertise include control theory, signal processing, and high assurance software. Dr. Anton was an Adjunct Professor at Santa Clara University where he taught graduate courses in linear systems theory, optimal and stochastic control, and decision theory. He received a Ph.D. in Applied Mathematics from Brown, a Sc. B. from the University of Notre Dame, and a Fulbright Fellowship to Karlsruhe, Germany. |
