John Allen is our Chief Financial Officer and Corporate Secretary. Mr. Allen joined Leadis as Corporate Controller in January 2004 and was promoted to Vice President in March 2006 and to Chief Financial Officer and Corporate Secretary in April 2007. Prior to joining Leadis, Mr. Allen served as the Corporate Controller of Asyst Technologies, Inc., a semiconductor equipment company, from January 2002 to January 2004. From May 2000 to January 2002, Mr. Allen was Vice President, Corporate Controller of Arcot Systems, a software company. Prior to that, Mr. Allen served in finance management roles at Xilinx, Inc., a semiconductor company, and Advanced Micro Devices, Inc., a semiconductor manufacturer. Mr. Allen holds a B.A. in Business Economics from the University of California, Santa Barbara, and is a Certified Public Accountant in the state of California. |
