John is a tax partner currently working out of our Palo Alto and San Jose offices. John has over thirteen years of experience in corporate tax planning, consulting and compliance. He has significant experience with entity structuring, mergers and acquisitions, resolution of sales tax issues, and international tax planning. He works with a wide range of corporate clients involved in many different industries. The entities range from start-up to large multinational corporations. John has a Bachelor of Science from Cal State University Hayward and a Masters in Taxation from Golden Gate University. |
