John Adamovich Jr. is Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Aeroflex. Mr. Adamovich oversees the Company's financial, information technology, investor relations and administrative functions.
John Adamovich most recently served as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Rainbow Media Enterprises, a subsidiary of Cablevision Systems Corporation (NYSE: CVC) that was to be spun-off as a separate public entity. Previously, he served nearly seven years as Group Vice President, Treasurer and Chief Financial Officer of Pall Corporation (NYSE: PLL). Prior to joining Pall Corporation, Mr. Adamovich was at KPMG, where over a period of twenty-three years, he held various positions of increased responsibility within the firm's audit practice. Mr. Adamovich was an SEC Reviewing Partner, a Professional Practice Partner, and served as lead audit partner to many of the firm's largest publicly held clients.
