Mr. Abernethy is a Managing Director and Founder of Dunrath Capital, a Chicago-based private equity and advisory firm that is focused on companies operating in the fields of safety, security and healthcare. He brings over twenty years of operating and financial experience. Previously, he was the Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer for two publicly-traded companies. He began his career with Deloitte & Touche, holding many positions including audit partner. Mr. Abernethy serves on the Board of Directors for Red Sky Technologies, Inc. He is a CPA and a graduate from Northern Illinois University. |
