John Abbott, Director of Quality, has 20 years of experience in Quality since graduating from University of Missouri with a BS in chemical engineering. Most recently, he was Manager of Quality Systems at Resolution Performance Products (a former Shell Chemical Co.), where he led the update efforts to the ISO 9001:2000 standard. Prior to that position, Mr. Abbott was Quality Manager at Glenayre. |
