 A graduate of Indiana University and its School of Law , Mr. Tanselle's practice includes counseling commercial banks, savings associations and small businesses on corporate and securities matters, regulatory and enforcement matters and executive compensation issues. Mr. Tanselle has been counsel in numerous merger and acquisition transactions, defended hostile takeover actions, been counsel in connection with issuer tender offers, served as issuer's counsel and underwriters' counsel in public offerings of equity and debt securities and been involved in the implementation of leveraged employee stock ownership plans. He has also been counsel to several de novo banks. Mr. Tanselle currently serves as a member of the firm's Executive Committee.
