Baily was National Insurance Industry chairman and board member for Coopers & Lybrand, now PricewaterhouseCoopers, retiring in 1999 after 23 years as a partner. He served as president of Swiss Re Capital Partners from 1999 through 2002.
Baily is a graduate of Albright College, earned his MBA from University of Chicago and was elected to Beta Gamma Sigma, a national honor society. He earned his CPA designation ,with honors, in 1968. |
