John is an officer and shareholder in Cendrowski Selecky PC, and is also a founding member of Cendrowski Corporate Advisors. John has significant experience in litigation support including fraud investigations, forensic accounting, business valuations and consultation in connection with closely-held entities, and damage analyses. John has performed numerous audits of time and material contracts for compliance with contract terms, and to identify erroneous charges. John specializes in tax planning and consulting for partnerships, corporations and individuals. John has tremendous experience in issues related to taxation of real estate, securities and related investment vehicles (hedge funds, private equity funds, etc.). John began his career with Cusmano & Co., P.C., in Troy, Michigan, providing auditing, accounting and consulting services. John additionally worked for Purdy, Donovan & Beal, P.C., in Birmingham, Michigan prior to joining Cendrowski Selecky PC in 1988. John has authored articles appearing in "Michigan CPA", and has presented at various business conferences . He is an admitted expert witness in federal and various circuit courts, and the Michigan Public Service Commission. John is a member of the Michigan Association of Certified Public Accountants (MACPA), the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA), the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners, National Association of Certified Valuation Analysts, and Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA). John earned an M. S. T. at Walsh College, and a B. B. A. at University of Michigan, Dearborn. John received the Research Institute of America Graduate Tax Award, 1992. John is a Certified Public Accountant, Certified Fraud Examiner, and Certified Valuation Analyst. He is also an adjunct assistant professor at Walsh College where he teaches courses in their Masters of Science in Taxation program. |
