Dr. John T. Yue joined OmniVision as Vice President of Quality and Reliability in February 2005. Dr. Yue joins OmniVision from Taiwan Semiconductor Manufacturing Company (TSMC), where he spent three years as Vice President of Quality and Reliability and two years as Vice President of Technology with the company’s North America operations. Prior to joining TSMC, Dr. Yue spent 17 years with Advanced Micro Devices (AMD) where he held various positions, including Director of Reliability and Quality in the Corporate Quality Division and was an AMD fellow. Prior to AMD, Dr. Yue held management positions at National Semiconductor and Texas Instruments. He has a Ph.D. and Masters degree in Physics from Stanford University, a B.S. in Physics from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, and an MBA from Southern Methodist University. |
