John T. Connor, Jr., Director
John Connor joined Teton’s Board in 2003 and serves as Chairman on the Company’s Audit Committee. Mr. Connor is the founder and portfolio manager of the Third Millennium Russia Fund, a US SEC-registered mutual fund specializing in the equities of Russian public companies. Mr. Connor has been General Counsel and a member of the management committee to PHH Corporation, a New York Stock Exchange-listed company. He also served as General Counsel to Micros Systems Inc., a NASDAQ listed company and served as a Director and Chairman of its Audit Committee. Mr. Connor was a lawyer at Cravath, Swaine & Moore in New York City and a partner in other law firms in New York, Washington and New Jersey. Mr. Connor is a member of the Council on Foreign Relations and was a member of the American Law Institute from 1984 to 2004. He is a Phi Beta Kappa graduate of Williams College and holds a J.D. from Harvard Law School. |
