PRACTICE DESCRIPTION
Mr. Curran practices in all areas of intellectual property, including patent prosecution, litigation and trademark registration, with an emphasis on the preparation and prosecution of software and other computer-related patent applications. Mr. Curran's practice includes the fields of computer aided design, computer aided modeling, model simulation, information security and storage, network storage, distributed computing, optical networking, cellular technologies and micro-electrical mechanical systems.
