John S. Conner has 30 years of experience. He has significant experience representing many parties in various construction disputes.

Mr. Conner’s experience includes representation of an insurance company against the state of Arizona; an insurance company in obtaining a favorable policy interpretation; a Missouri entertainer in a banking and construction dispute; an engineering firm in a power plant construction dispute; and a container manufacturer in a rocket fuel plant explosion in Nevada.

Mr. Conner’s clients include parties in the construction industry including design professionals, owners (entertainers, banks, utilities and others) and contractors, as well as the insurance industry directly and insureds.

DISTINCTIONS

Mr. Conner currently teaches a class at UMKC School of Law (Spring 2008 semester) entitled Advanced Legal Writing: Litigation Drafting.
