John R. Paine, is a Dallas, Texas-based private investor who serves as President and CEO of Providence Interactive Capital, LLC. Providence invests in early stage first and second rounds of funding for new technology startups. Mr. Paine is also a partner in Eaton Mews, LLC, a later stage investor in more mature companies and serves as general partner for a real estate holding company. Mr. Paine has purchased, added value to, and sold companies his entire career. He began in commercial construction, and diversified into transportation, distribution, warehousing, manufacturing and plastics. As the new era of business modeling unfolded, he moved into telephony, Internet related technologies, and technology support services. Mr. Paine graduated cum laude from Texas A&M University in 1975 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Building Construction. As Vice President of JetPay Merchant Services, LLC, Mr. Paine provides strategic, technical and financial direction. |
