In 2007 John Denman was named Senior Vice President Fossil Operations for Arizona Public Service Company (APS). Denman who joined APS in 1964 previously served as Director Fossil Generation for the company with responsibility for the operation maintenance engineering and personnel of fossil-fired electric generating stations. He was named Vice President Fossil Generation in 1997.
During his tenure he has served as Manager of Fossil Generation as well as Manager of the Company’s Four Corners Power Plant in New Mexico one of the largest coal-fired plants in the United States. Other positions Denman has held at APS include Maintenance Manager Controls Supervisor and Maintenance Foreman at Four Corners. |
