John R. Mr. Bush has tried several hundred jury and non-jury cases and has participated in more than three hundred federal and state court appeals, resulting in approximately ninety reported decisions. He has participated as lead counsel in federal court jury trials in Connecticut, New York, Kentucky and Florida. Mr. Bush’s cases have included matters involving securities law, antitrust, patents, Uniform Commercial Code, non-competition covenants, contracts and torts. Bar Admissions Mr. Bush is admitted to practice in New York and Florida, the United States District Court for the Middle District of Florida, the United States Court of Appeals for the Second, Fifth, Sixth, Ninth, Eleventh and Federal Circuits, and the United States Supreme Court.
