Mr. Walter has been a Director of Manpower Inc. since 1998 and served as Non-executive Chairman of the company from 1999 to 2001. He currently serves as Chairman of the Nominating and Governance Committee and is a member of the Executive Compensation Committee. Mr. Walter is Chairman of the Ashlin Management Company and a Director of Abbott Laboratories Deere & Company Vasco Data Securities International Inc. and SNP Corporation in Singapore. He also serves on the International Advisory Council of the Singapore Economic Development Board. Mr. Walter is the retired President and COO of AT&T Corporation a position he held from 1996 to 1997. Previously he was Chairman and CEO of R.R. Donnelley & Sons Company a print and digital information management company from 1989 through 1996. |
