John R. Toedtman, Managing Director has over thirty-five years experience in investment banking, corporate finance, and operating technology companies. Prior to joining Landmark, Mr. Toedtman was the CEO of Albert, Inc., a developer and marketer of highly advanced search and information retrieval software, and the COO of InSage, Inc., a publicly-held multi-lingual web services provider. He has also held senior executive positions with a number of other companies, including Chairman, CEO Personnel Diagnostics, Inc., Image Engineering Labs, LLC., COO of Respiratory Management Technology, Inc., Chairman, CEO and Director of GenRx, Inc., a manufacturer of generic injectible drugs for the veterinary and human markets. Mr. Toedtman holds an A.B. in Economics from Georgetown University and has been on the Board of Directors of seven different public companies, including Vital Signs, Inc.,(NSDQ:VITL) the leading medical device manufacturer for anesthesia, respiratory/critical care and sleep/ventilation markets. |
