John R. Musicaro, Jr. is the Director of the Firm’s Trusts & Estates Services Group and focuses his practice in the areas of estate planning, estate and trust administration, and probate litigation. John graduated, Phi Beta Kappa, from the University of Rochester in 1971. He received his law degree from Columbia University School of Law in 1974. John joined Cummings & Lockwood in 1980 after practicing for six years with the law firm of Donovan, Leisure, Newton & Irvine in New York. John is admitted to practice in New York and Connecticut. He is a Fellow of the American College of Trust and Estate Counsel and a member of the Lower Fairfield County Estate Planning Counsel. He has been a frequent speaker and author on the subject of estate planning. He has been included in The Best Lawyers in America and Who's Who in America, as well as Connecticut Magazine's list of top lawyers in Connecticut and New York Magazine's list of top lawyers in New York. |
