John R. McGeeney has served as General Counsel and Secretary of Sypris since 2003. Mr. McGeeney served as President of Innovative Solutions Consulting, a corporate governance and securities compliance consulting firm, from 2002 to 2003, and as General Counsel for Inviva, Inc., a leading innovator in the design and implementation of all-electronic financial service products, from 2000 to 2002. Mr. McGeeney also served in several senior leadership positions, including General Counsel and Secretary, with ARM Financial Group, a diversified insurance, technology and structured finance organization, from 1994 to 2000, and as Counsel and Assistant General Counsel for Capital Holding Corporation, a Fortune 500 company, from 1988 to 1994. |
