John R. Male - Chairman of the Board has been with the Bank since 1971, where he has held various positions including branch manager, mortgage loan officer, manager of construction lending, savings department administrator and chief lending officer. Mr. Male was named President and Chief Executive Officer of the Bank in 1986 and was named President of the Company upon its organization in 1994. Mr. Male was named Chairman of the Board of Directors and Chief Executive Officer of the Company and the Bank in October 2000. Mr. Male serves in various public service and charitable organizations. He currently serves on the Board of Trustees for Heather Hill, a long-term care hospital in Chardon, Ohio. He has an undergraduate degree from Tufts University and an MBA from Case Western Reserve University. |
