John R. Friedery age 51 was elected a director in August 2007 and serves as a member of the Audit Committee. Mr. Friedery is currently Senior Vice President and Chief Operating Officer Packaging Products Americas with Ball Corporation a provider of metal and plastic packaging for beverages foods and household products and of aerospace and other technologies and services. He previously served as the President Metal Beverage Container operations as well as other leadership roles on Ball Corporation since 1988. Prior to his roles at Ball Corporation he served in field operations for Dresser/Atlas Well Services and in operations exploration and production for Nondorf Oil and Gas. |
