John Devine has practiced law for over 18 years concentrating in public finance matters. He has represented a number of issuers in connection with the offering and sale of bonds and has considerable experience with securities law and disclosure questions, public offerings of general obligation bonds and private activity bonds, 501(c)(3) bonds, variable rate demand obligations and taxable bonds. Mr. Devine also regularly serves as bond counsel and as counsel to providers of credit enhancement, borrowers, underwriters and bond trustees. In addition to his public finance practice, Mr. Devine has considerable experience in conventional real estate finance representing on a regular basis regional and national financial institutions.
