Director-Command and Control, Communications and Intelligence (C3I) Business Development
John Dankowski joined SRA in 1999 as the deputy director of critical infrastructure protection programs in the C3I strategic business unit. In August 2000, he became the director of business development for national security programs. His work with the Department of the Interior, the U.S. House of Representatives, the Commonweath of Virginia, and the Department of Homeland Security has broadened SRA’s client base.
Before joining SRA, Dankowski’s federal service achievements culminated in a presidential appointment as Special Assistant to the President and Director of White House Operations. In the years leading up to his White House commission, he served in several capacities, including Deputy Director of Presidential Contingency Programs, where he helped shape many aspects of national security emergency preparedness, policy, plans, and programs.
