Dubinsky has been President and Chief Executive Officer of Westmoreland Associates, LLC, a financial consulting company, since 1999; President and Chief Executive Officer of CORTEX (Center of Research, Technology and Entrepreneurial Expertise) since 2003; President Emeritus of Firstar Bank from 1999 until 2001; Chairman, President and Chief Executive Officer of Mercantile Bank from 1997 until its merger with U.S. Bank National Association (formerly, Firstar Bank, N.A.) in 1999; previously President and CEO of Mark Twain Bancshares, Inc.; Vice-Chairman: BJC HealthCare; Trustee: Barnes-Jewish Hospital and Washington University.
Mr. Dubinsky is currently on the board of directors of Insituform Technologies, Inc.
