Mr. DesBarres has served as an independent director of our general partner since May 19, 2005. He is currently a private investor residing in Park City, Utah. He was formerly Chairman, President and Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Transco Energy Company (Transco) until his retirement in 1995. Prior to joining Transco in 1991, he was Chairman, President and CEO for Santa Fe Pacific Pipelines, Inc. Mr. DesBarres also currently serves as a board member for American Electric Power Company, Inc. and for the general partner of Penn Virginia Resource Partners, L.P. |
