John has served on National Datacomputer, Inc.’s Board of Directors since the Company’s formation and on the Board of our predecessor in interest since 1967. Also, he has served as Chairman, President and Chief Executive Officer since April 2001. From February 1996 through March 2001, John served as Founder, Director, and Chairman Emeritus of MIDAS Vision Systems, Inc., a privately held company specializing in machine vision systems for automatic optical inspections. Prior to MIDAS, he served for a period of fifteen years in the capacity of an Electronics Design Engineer and Design Section Manager for the Raytheon Company. John has over 34 years of experience as an entrepreneur during which he co-founded three high-tech companies, while managing all aspects of new venture operations. John holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and a Master of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from Northeastern University. |
