John Pitstick is ValueClick, Inc.'s chief financial officer and manages the company's worldwide finance and facilities functions. Mr. Pitstick joined ValueClick in 2005 and served as the company’s executive vice president of finance prior to his promotion to Chief Financial Officer in 2007. Prior to joining ValueClick, Mr. Pitstick was a senior manager in the audit practice of Ernst & Young, where he served both public and private companies in the high technology industry for nearly ten years. Mr. Pitstick is a certified public accountant with a bachelor's degree in accounting from the University of San Francisco. |
