Mr. Freeman is a founding Partner and Executive Director of The Keystone Equities Group. At Keystone, Mr. Freeman will be focused on the Direct Marketing industry in the areas of mergers and acquisitions and capital raising activities. Mr. Freeman was a co-founder of Covenant Partners, a hedge fund focused on investing in the Direct Marketing Industry since 1996.
Prior to founding Keystone, Jack was a Partner and Founder of Emerging Growth Equities, Ltd. Where he was also involved in mergers and acquisitions and capital raising for the Direct Marketing industry. He also served as a Director of Total Research Corporation from 1999 until 2001\ when the company merged with Harris Interactive. Prior to co-founding Covenant Partners, Mr. Freeman was the Director of Investor Relations and Strategic Planning and Development for DiMark, Inc. from 1992 until 1996 when it was merged into Harte-Hanks Communications. |
