John P. Bonanno has served as our Vice President Development since April 2008. From 2000 to 2007 Mr. Bonanno served as co-founder and President of Phase 3 Properties Inc. where he specialized in providing real estate solutions to life science companies and participated in the acquisition development leasing and management of laboratory buildings in California Seattle and North Carolina. From 1990 to 2000 Mr. Bonanno served in various positions at CB Richard Ellis in the San Diego office having achieved the title of First Vice President in his first year eligible and having consistently earned Top 5 Producer recognition in the Investment Division. Mr. Bonanno received his Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration from the University of Southern California and is a licensed real estate broker in the state of California |
