John is responsible for all Cybersettle marketing activities as well as new business development for large national accounts in the insurance / self-insured vertical. In his capacity, John regularly meets with claims executives and risk managers of large insurance companies, third party administrators and self-insured corporations to assess expense reduction objectives and determine how the Cybersettle program can best fit the needs of each organization. Having been employed at Cybersettle since its inception, John had the opportunity to participate in the initial startup of both Cybersettle and RapidFunds companies. John was also the first individual in the U.S. to conduct legal research on and determine that courts would likely enforce "double-blind bid" online settlements. While John is proud to be a 2-time recipient of Cybersettle’s employee of the year award, his defining professional moment came when he "hit for the cycle" (a single, double, triple and home run in one game) during the company’s annual picnic softball game in 2006, helping his team to a three consecutive year sweep of the CEO-captained opposing side. John holds a J.D. from the Fordham University School of Law and is a non-practicing member of the NY State Bar. |
