Mr. Robb is an associate in the Firm’s Litigation Group. He focuses his practice on defending physicians, hospitals, nursing homes and other health care providers in medical malpractice actions. Mr. Robb has represented clients in alternative dispute proceedings, including arbitration and mediation. He manages cases, conducts discovery, retains expert witnesses to defend his clients, deposes witnesses and treaters and prepares litigation for trial. In addition to his health care litigation experience, Mr. Robb has defended individuals and Virginia corporations in civil litigation claims involving construction law, breach of contract and tort. He has represented insurance companies in coverage disputes and has assisted financial institutions with collection efforts.
