Bankruptcy and Financial Restructuring
Business Litigation
John Tyner has nearly three years experience and practices in both the Business Litigation and Bankruptcy groups. He is an unlicensed CPA, which helps him understand the many complex financial situations that arise in both litigation and bankruptcy contexts.
Among Mr. Tyner’s highlights was a pro bono case representing a debtor attempting to discharge her student loan debt due to undue hardship. He second chaired the trial and helped successfully discharge more than 80% of her debt.
