John M. Tromba was promoted to Chief Operating Officer in November 2002. Prior to assuming his current position, he served as the Director of Business and Financial Operations since joining the company in August 2000. Mr. Tromba has over thirty years of programmatic and financial experience both in Industry and Government. While in the Government Mr. Tromba was a designated Acquisition Professional who achieved the highest rating in Program Management; Business, Cost Estimating, and Financial Management; and Test and Evaluation Engineering. He holds a Bachelor of Science Degree from the United States Naval Academy, a Master of Science Degree from the University of Southern California and a Master of Arts Degree from the United States Naval War College. |
