Mr. Roeder has served as a director since 2003. Mr. Roeder has acted as a financial consultant since 1999. Prior thereto, he was an Office Managing Partner of Arthur Anderson, LLP, an international accounting firm. Mr. Roeder is also the Director in Residence at The Institute for Excellence in Corporate Governance of The University of Texas at Dallas School of Management. Mr. Roeder is a member of the board of directors and the audit committee of Fiduciary/ Claymore MLP Opportunity Fund and Fiduciary/ Claymore Dynamic Equity Fund, which are traded on the New York Stock Exchange. |
