John M. Pietruski has served as Chairman of our board of directors since May 1990. Mr. Pietruski has served as President of Dansara Company, a private investment consulting firm, since 1988. He served as Chairman of the board of directors and Chief Executive Officer of Sterling Drug Inc., a pharmaceutical company, from 1985 to 1988 and as President and Chief Operating Officer from 1983 to 1985. Mr. Pietruski currently serves as a director of Lincoln National Corporation, First Energy Corporation and Professional Detailing, Inc. Mr. Pietruski received a B.S. with honors in business administration from Rutgers University, where he graduated Phi Beta Kappa. |
