John M. Phan provides client management, transaction oversight and other services for cities, redevelopment agencies, institutions of higher education, municipal utilities and non-profit corporations. Phan, based in the Los Angeles office of De La Rosa & Co., oversees analytical support and quantitative services for investment-banking clients.
Since joining De La Rosa in 2001, Phan has supported transactions for the firm’s most complicated and high profile financings, and has been a member of teams serving all the firm’s higher-education clients. The six-year industry professional previously worked at David Taussig & Associates, a tax-consulting firm specializing in land-secured financings.
Phan holds a Bachelor’s degree in Biological Sciences with a minor in Education from the University of California at Berkeley. His professional registrations include General Securities Registered Representative (Series 7) and a Uniform Securities Agent State Law (Series 63). |
