Mr. O’Donnell joined the Firm in 2007 as Of Counsel. He is a member of the Firm’s Corporate and Financial Services Department. He focuses on providing professional, affordable and responsive legal services to hotels, restaurants and attractions. He has spent a career representing the hospitality industry, and currently is also an Assistant Professor in Hospitality Management at The Pennsylvania State University. His career has included both legal and management positions with Stouffer’s, Nestle, Uarco, Inc., and private practice with the largest labor and employment law firm in the United States. He has represented many major hotel and hospitality companies in a wide variety of transactions, wage & hour matters, collective bargaining, and union relations. He has litigated discrimination, harassment, wage & hour, and ADA public accommodations cases on behalf of major hotel companies in Federal and State Courts, and government agencies, throughout the United States. Mr. O’Donnell received his J.D., University of Pittsburgh School of Law in 1973 and a B.A. Political Science from the Pennsylvania State University. He is admitted to practice law before all state courts in Pennsylvania, U.S. District Courts for the Western, Middle and Eastern Districts of Pennsylvania and the United States Tax Court. He is a member of a number of professional organizations. |
