John is of counsel to the firm and a member of the international practice group and of the corporate practice group. He focuses his practice on antitrust, trade regulation, and commercial law.
Representative Matters
Advised clients on antitrust and trade regulation issues relating to product distribution, pricing, and dealer relationships.
Advised clients on antitrust compliance, including preparation and implementation of Antitrust Compliance Programs and Guidelines.
Represented clients in Grand Jury investigations by Antitrust Division of the Department of Justice and investigations of antitrust matters by the Federal Trade Commission and the Attorney General of North Carolina.
Advised international companies on various aspects of international product distribution, including preparation of distribution agreements, sales agency agreements, and license and joint development agreements.
