John M. Hessel joined Eagle Bank and Trust Company's Board of Directors in 2000. Mr. Hessel was born May 13, 1952, in St. Louis, Missouri. He attended Southeast Missouri State University, where he graduated summa cum laude in 1974; in 1977, he graduated St. Louis University School of Law, J.D., in the top ten percent of his class.
Mr. Hessel is a member of the U.S. Court of Appeals, Eighth Circuit; U.S. District Courts, Eastern District of Missouri and Southern District of Illinois; All Missouri and Illinois Courts; American Bar Association; Missouri Bar Association; Illinois Bar Association; Bar Association of Metropolitan St. Louis, Chairperson, Municipal Law Section; American Trial Lawyer's Association; and Municipal Lawyer's Association. He is also a member of the St. Louis Ambassadors; Civic Entrepreneurs Organization; City Attorney for the City of Kirkwood, Missouri; City Attorney for the City of Florissant, Missouri; and Attorney for the Mehlville Fire Protection District. |
