John Cregier vice president of information technology delivery ensures U.S. Cellular has the information systems necessary to provide its customers with an ideal experience in their interactions with the company. He is responsible for information systems application development solution architecture delivery planning and quality assurance.
Cregier joined the company 19 years ago and has served in a variety of roles during that time. Most recently as senior director of Product Development & Management he oversaw all product activities for the company which provided significant revenue growth. He also successfully launched a number of new services including SpeedTalk® U.S. Cellular’s push to talk service. Previously as senior director of Wireless Data Strategy & Services he developed a core team responsible for the initial launch of the company’s wireless data services. Additionally Cregier has experience in e-business I.S. and Customer Service at U.S. Cellular.
Prior to joining U.S. Cellular Cregier held I.T. roles with Ameritech Mobile Communications and Automatic Data Processing. He earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from Illinois State University and went on to receive an MBA from Northwestern University’s J.L. Kellogg Graduate School of Management with concentrations in Marketing Management & Strategy and Organizational Behavior. Cregier resides in Bartlett Ill. with his family. |
