John L. Hosack is a Shareholder in the firm’s Litigation Practice Group in Los Angeles. Mr. Hosack represents institutions and individuals in complex real estate matters, lender liability, fraud, class actions, contract, wrongful foreclosures, negotiable instruments, REO sales and defective construction. His transactional practice includes real estate loan documentation, commercial and residential tract loans, escrow, title insurance, loan workouts and foreclosures.
Mr. Hosack was named a 2006, 2007 and 2008 Southern California Super Lawyer in real estate litigation. He was also selected by Who’s Who Legal USA in 2002, 2003, 2004, 2005, 2006, 2007 and 2008 as one of the USA’s leading practitioners in the field of real estate.
He has been a lecturer and a speaker for numerous organizations including State Bar of California, California Mortgage Association, American Bar Association, University of California, Boalt Hall School of Law, Pasadena Bar Association, California Continuing Education of the Bar and Beverly Hills Bar Association.
