Mr. Viola practices in the areas of employment, commercial and complex litigation in Dykema's Los Angeles office. Mr. Viola has over 27 years experience in representing clients on matters including employment, insurance bad faith claims, class actions, deceptive sales practices, insolvencies, ERISA, securities, and real estate.
