John L. Schooley: Mr. Schooley is a Director of the Company. During the past five years, Mr. Schooley was the former owner and President of Remtron, Inc. in San Diego, California, prior to acquisition of Remtron by a competitor. Remtron, Inc. manufactures advanced radio control and telemetry systems for the industrial marketplace. Remtron, Inc. has previously provided research and development services for Electronic Systems Technology.
