Mr. Leary is a director in the Southeast Region of CBIZ Valuation Group. He has extensive experience performing business enterprise valuations and securities analyses for clients in the communications, technology and healthcare fields. He has prepared numerous business enterprise and capital stock valuations for use in acquisitions, financing, recapitalizations, fairness opinions and employee stock ownership plans. Mr. Leary joined CBIZ Valuation Group in 1989. Previously, he was an investment analyst with a brokerage and money management firm. Mr. Leary has also been associated with a national communications firm where he performed various financial functions, including acquisition analyses. Mr. Leary earned his master of business administration degree with a concentration in finance from Georgia State University. He is a graduate of Emory University with a bachelor of arts degree in economics and political science. Mr. Leary is a designated Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA). He is a member of the CFA Institute and the Atlanta Financial Analyst Society. |
