Education
Mr. Fitzgerald graduated from the University of Notre Dame in 1983. He received a Juris Doctor from Santa Clara University School of Law in 1986.
Admissions
A member of the California bar since 1986, Mr. Fitzgerald is licensed to practice before all of the U.S. Districts Courts in California, the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeal, the Federal Circuit Court of Appeal, and the United States Court of Federal Claims.
Memberships and Affiliations
Mr. Fitzgerald is a member of the American Bar Association, the San Francisco Bar Association and the San Mateo County Bar Association. Mr. Fitzgerald has also served as an arbitrator for the San Mateo County Superior Court. Mr. Fitzgerald has taught trial advocacy at the University of San Francisco School of Law. In 1993, he served as a panelist for the Association of Business Trial Lawyer’s Settlement Judiciary Conference.
