John L. Einstein

Mr. Einstein received his undergraduate degree from the Emory & Henry College in 1990 and his law degree, magna cum laude, from University of Dayton School of Law in 1996. While at Dayton, Mr. Einstein received several American Jurisprudence Awards, was published in and served as an Editor of the Law Review, and received a Best Oralist Award in the Walter H. Rice Moot Court Competition.
Prior to joining Carlile Patchen & Murphy LLP, Mr. Einstein practiced in West Virginia. Mr. Einstein is admitted to practice before state and federal courts in Ohio and West Virginia as well at the United States Tax Court. He is a member of the Columbus and West Virginia Bar Associations. Mr. Einstein has lectured at continuing legal education courses on business entities and tax planning. He practices in the areas of general business law, health care law, tax planning, and business litigation.
