L. John Doerr, age 55, has been a Director of the Company since June 1996. Mr. Doerr has been a general partner of Kleiner Perkins Caufield & Byers, a venture capital firm, since September 1980. Mr. Doerr is also a director of Google Inc., Homestore.com, Inc., Intuit, Inc., PalmOne, Inc. and Sun Microsystems, Inc., as well as several private companies.
