John L. Cox has been senior vice president of RAM since July 2007 and has been secretary and treasurer of RAM since November 2005. Previously, Mr. Cox was vice president of RAM since June 2005. Prior to joining RAM's staff, Mr. Cox served as chief financial officer of Cannon Energy, Inc. from March 2003 until June 2005. Mr. Cox previously was controller for Mannix Oil and Gas, Inc. from February 2001 until March 2003 and controller/bankruptcy accountant for the bankruptcy trustee for Bristol Resources Corporation from 1997 to February 2001. Mr. Cox was also a vice president and chief financial officer for Latex Petroleum from 1994 to 1997, controller of Panada Exploration, Inc. from 1990 to 1994, and controller/manager of financial reporting for Reading & Bates Petroleum Co. from 1976 to 1989. Mr. Cox is a Certified Public Accountant and received a B.S. in Accounting from Oklahoma City University. |
